Curbside or Store Pick-up

(a different kind of pick-up)

Curbside or Store Pick-up is available daily during store hours. Choose Free Curbside or Store Pick-up during checkout and we will put your order together. Orders placed by noon will be available by 4pm that same day. Orders placed after noon will be available the following day by 1PM.

If you need your product sooner, just put a note in the checkout form or contact us by email or phone as to when you want to pick up your order. We will try our best to accommodate you.

Call us when you’re in the parking lot and we will happily bring your package to your car.

Shipping Policy

Sorry – no deliveries available at this time using flying reindeer.

We do try to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. However, UPS Ground and USPS do not collect shipments during weekends. Any order received later than 12pm on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. The delivery times are within a day or two of these timelines, pending unexpected delays which we have no control over. Currently, our primary carriers are USPS and UPS, but during our busy season we work with different carriers to provide you with the best delivery service possible.

During peak seasons, delivery times do increase due to the package volume shippers experience, so PLEASE order early to allow plenty of time for your package to travel to its location.

Note: International shipping can take 3-6 weeks and we are not responsible for items held up in customs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our store, but we will certainly help track it.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

When it comes to shipping, we don’t Monkey around. We do our best to pack all your items securely so that they arrive in the same condition as when they left our store. Although we do our best to ship the correct item and size, sometimes we make a mistake. Not to worry, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Please email sales@tesskitchen.com or call 530-273-6697 and provide us with the following information;

• Your order number
• Description of problem &/or picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.

Product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded.*

“Ohh noooo…I forgot to order Super Glue!”

*Incorrect products will need to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. Return requirements on damaged items will be considered on a case by case basis.

Return Policy

Bear in mind – we want you to be happy with your purchases from Tess’ Kitchen & Culinary!

We know it’s a bear to return things, that’s why we made Our Return Policy simple.

We would be happy to refund or exchange your regularly priced online unused purchase(s) for up to 2 weeks. Call ahead and let us know how we can help. Then either ship your items back to us (we suggest trackable shipping) or bring back your item(s) to any one of our store locations. If you prefer to do this Curbside just call us and let us know. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange less shipping and handling.

Note: No Refunds or Exchanges for discounted items or food items.
All discounted, food & sale purchases are Final.
